Silver Skate Festival

Feb 9-19, 2024 • Laurier Park

Edmonton's longest running winter festival!

Folk Trail

Happy Ever After, Again

For years, our nomadic performers have delighted audiences by acting out a story on several nights during the festival. We are very excited to continue this tradition in 2023!

Actors will be animating the trail with two fables for six evenings of the festival, Fridays thru Sundays, from 5pm-8pm. Join in a Silver Skate tradition by writing out a fear or a wish and leaving it in the basket in the Lantern Making Tent to have it added to the nightly Fire Sculpture Burn (also a great opportunity to warm up).

Folk Trail Stories
